To make your party experience with us memorable, our expert chefs have designed menus to fit your specific needs.

The Mineshaft offers an Appetizer Menu, Italian or Pizza Buffet Menu, Plate-Style Dinner Menu and Buffet-Style Menu. You may also design a custom menu using our regular daily Mineshaft Menu. Your choices can be tailored to suit your party needs.
